We couldn’t have asked for better accommodation, Nicky is a natural.  Really well organised and friendly.  Nicky was waiting for us, knew who we were already, helped us with our bikes and to our room.   The room was clean and well maintained.  It had everything we needed.  We will definitely be back one day.

My seven year old and I stayed here one night while biking the Otago Rail Trail.  Nicky was kind and friendly; we felt at home immediately.  Very much appreciated the outdoor, covered charging station for my ebike and also the complimentary dryer that we used to dry clothes that had become damp during our rainy ride.

We were a group of 10 people cycling the Otago Rail Trail.  Nicky greeted us at the door and quickly made us feel very welcome.  The accommodation was spotless and the breakfast provided in the room was perfect.

Our group of 4 doing the Otago Rail Trail last week had the pleasure of spending our first night in this wee gem in Omakau.  Nicky met us on arrival and showed us around her wee piece of paradise.  The rooms were immaculate and the fridge stocked with goodies for breakfast the following morning.  More than we could eat.  The hospitality was amazing.  Nothing was too much trouble.  The recommendation for dinner 5 minutes walk away was also great.  Totally recommend staying at Nicky’s.

Nicky is a lovely host!  She was so helpful and kind.  The rooms were impeccably clean and very comfortable, with a choice of an inside or outside table to have breakfast.  The courtyards for each room are excellent, with a drying rack and a little kit to keep your bike seat dry or wipe it down.  Everything is so thoughtfully done, it was easy to feel at home immediately.
